Inhaling and Exhale The Stress - 5 minutes to alleviate stress from your day

06/27/2017

We breathe in, and we exhale out repeating this without thinking about it. Have you considered inhaling your intention for the day? And When you exhale be grateful that your intention affirming in your mind, "it is done, so I thank you for it is so"... Living day to day with work, kids, spouse housework, or whatever your typical day looks like can be stressful to say the least in anyone's eyes. But what if you took 5 minutes, how would it look if you set your alarm clock 5 minutes earlier for the next week, month etc? You took those 5 minutes and inhaled the example intention "Today I will accomplish the task of 3 loads of laundry that have been sitting here" And upon exhalation breathe, your mind is saying, "I thank you for the space and time that you have allowed me to complete those 3 loads of laundry today, and it is so". That is just on simple way you can take some good deep cleansing breathes in the morning to start you day while setting your intentions and re-affirming your gratitude for completing those tasks and perhaps even shifting your morning and evening routine to include those simple stress causers and give your mind some joy and peace in knowing you can accomplish what you've set your intention on. Namaste' Be blessed!
